Keyboard Shortcuts and Commands

Check the list of shortcut keys to control Proton Bus Simulator on PC.

Note: To play with the keyboard, make sure to select the Keyboard option in the controls list in the game settings.

Main Commands

M	Start engine (hold) / Automatic gear (click)
N	Neutral
R	Reverse
1, 2, 3...	Manual gears (1st, 2nd, 3rd...)
WASD or Arrows	Accelerate, Brake, and Steer
. (Dot)	Parking brake (Handbrake)
Space	Temporary handbrake (while holding)
B	Hazard lights
H	Horn
L	Low beam
F	High beam
7, 8, 9 (Num)	Internal lights
Num 7	Left Turn Signal
Num 9	Right Turn Signal
Num ,	Turn Off Signals
Esc	Pause Menu
Alt (Hold)	Options menu (top of screen)

Doors and Accessories

F5 to F10	Open/Close Doors 1 to 6
F11	Switch door side (for buses with doors on the left)
K	Open/Close all doors on selected side
Q	Main windshield wiper
V	Air conditioning (Hold V + 1 to turn on/off)
U	Time/Weather Control (requires exp. on)

Extra Tips

Ctrl+M (Hold): Turn off engine.
Mouse Control: Move up/down accelerates/brakes, sides steer steering wheel.
Change Shortcuts: On PC, you can remap keys in the "Controls" settings menu or the "Input" tab of the launcher.
