Error Codes and Troubleshooting

This guide helps identify and solve common issues in Proton Bus Simulator. The numerical codes do not have deep technical meaning, serving only as a reference to facilitate searching for solutions.

Error Dictionary

ERROR 5119: WHITE TEXTURES

Symptom	Cause	Solution
Textures turn white	Play Store version accepts textures of at most 2048x2048.	Resize textures using the game's optimizer (blue button in selection) or an external editor. Use "Lite" versions of mods.

Note: "Insider" versions (outside the store) may accept 4K, but can cause instability or crashes on phones.

ERROR 4208: FEATURE REQUIRES SPECIAL VERSION

Symptom	Cause	Solution
Feature does not activate	The feature is experimental or too heavy for the public Play Store version.	Download the Insider version from the official game website. Even then, it may not work if hardware is limited.

ERROR 3091: LOW RAM MEMORY

Cause: The system detected critical RAM usage and may close the game. Common when using many traffic skins.

Solutions:

Disable or reduce the amount of traffic skins.
Use optimized versions of mods (smaller textures).
The Insider version may be more permissive, but closure by Android (OOM Killer) can still occur.

ERROR 2003: COPYRIGHT

Cause: Content blocked due to copyright request (DMCA). Common in mods converted from other games without authorization.

Solution: Remove the content. If you think it's an error, contact official support via email.

ERROR 3119: ACCESS EXPIRED

Cause: Collaborative plan (annual) expired at the turn of the year.

Solution: Renew the subscription or continue playing on the free version (with ads).

ERROR 4044: ACCOUNT SUSPENDED

Cause: Suspension due to improper refund, fraud, piracy, or inappropriate conduct.

Solution: Contact via official email for case analysis.

Known Errors (Bugs)

Version 264+

Automatic Gear Light: The N/D/R button lights on the dashboard do not light up in this version. It is a known bug with no immediate forecast for correction.

How to report a bug?

When reporting a problem in groups or via email, always inform:

Game version (e.g., 295, 300).
Device model.
If it happens with mods or native buses.
Step by step to reproduce the error.
